We want you to be completely satisfied with your JJA Auto merchandise. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we can help:

Returns:
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges:
Need a different size? Contact us within 14 days and we’ll help you arrange an exchange based on current stock availability.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All JJA Auto shirts are made to order and fulfilled locally by Sunset Graphics in Buckhannon, WV. Please allow 7–10 business days for production and shipping.

• Orders are shipped via USPS or local pickup (if arranged).

• We currently only ship within the U.S.
